2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made or special orders may take 7–15 working days depending on design and production time.

2.2 Delivery Timeline

  • Within Karnataka: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Other Indian states: 5–10 working days after dispatch.

  • Rural or remote areas: May take additional time depending on courier services.

We use trusted courier partners to ensure your jewellery is delivered safely and securely.

2.3 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free for orders above ₹10,000.

  • For orders below ₹10,000, a standard delivery charge of ₹150 applies.

  • Additional charges may apply for express or insured delivery (optional).

2.4 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can track your shipment in real-time.

2.5 Delivery Verification

For high-value jewellery, signature and valid ID proof may be required upon delivery for security reasons.


3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • It must be returned in original packaging with all tags, bills, and certificates (if any).

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3.2 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if damaged).

  3. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item.

Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

If the replacement product costs more, you must pay the price difference. If it costs less, the balance will be credited as store credit.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video.

  2. We will verify and arrange replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  3. Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • For custom or made-to-order jewellery, cancellation is not allowed after production begins.


8. Responsibility & Risk

  • SSJR is not responsible for delays due to courier or unforeseen events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

  • Risk passes to the customer once the item is delivered to the provided address.
